Phony is a psychological 3D-2D hybrid short film about Liam, an art student who is struggling with his artistic identity and perfectionism. The dramatic lights emphasize his inner struggles while directing the viewer's eyes throughout the story. The film shows the inner struggles and anxieties that lives within most artists.
